Aurora Denali Lodge is a small family run hotel located in Healy, Alaska just minutes from the Denali National Park Entrance. We offer clean and comfortable rooms, reasonable priced, in a quiet setting in the Alaskan forest. Year-Round Off Road Fat Truck Tours. The Fat Truck is an Amphibious-True All-Terrain vehicle, capable of traveling on land, water, snow, mud, or frozen lake and tundra. An eco-friendly tour vehicle with only 2Lbs per square inch ground pressure, this tundra-friendly vehicle may look big, but it travels softly and safely, carrying guests off road to vista views and wildlife viewing along mining/homestead trails, just outside the Denali National Park boundary.

We are the last power pole in our tiny neighborhood. Our driveway is off a gravel road and the tundra comes up to our door which attracts lots of Moose, Fox, Caribou, Lynx, Snowshoe Hares & last year we saw our first Wolf in the yard. We have great wildflowers in the yard in June & July and you can pick blueberries right out our front door in August & September. The views of Mt. Healy & the Northern Alaska Range are spectacular.

Earthsong Lodge started as a dream, a dream to create a place where guests could escape the crowds and find a quiet refuge in a land rich in beauty and wildlife in the heart of Alaska. Located just 17 miles north of Denali National Park on scenic and historic Stampede Road, Earthsong Lodge is located above the tree line on the open tundra. There are sweeping views of the mountains and excellent chances for wildlife viewing. You have your own view of Mt. McKinley, just 4 miles down the road from our lodge.

Join us for a tour of a local Iditarod and Yukon Quest racing kennel. Spend some time with the charismatic Alaska Husky atheletes and talk to experienced mushers, Paige Drobny and Cody Strathe, about their time on the race trail. Summer guests will be taken on a ride to experience all the excitement that dog mushing has to offer. Squid Acres also offers winter sled rides, day trips and multi-day expeditions near Denali.
