Job Summary
Our front office representatives must be flexible and enthusiastically ready to answer the same questions over and over. As a front office team member you are the first point of contact guests have with New Wave and you play a vital role in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience from the first phone call to book, to the end of their adventure. Being the first point of contact for our guests, means you are responsible for greeting, answering their questions, and taking bookings throughout the day in person, on the phone and via email. Our front office team also maintains the retail floor ensuring items from t-shirts, ice-cream to chips, books and drinks are all neatly and fully stocked.
