Earthsong Lodge started as a dream, a dream to create a place where guests could escape the crowds and find a quiet refuge in a land rich in beauty and wildlife in the heart of Alaska. Located just 17 miles north of Denali National Park on scenic and historic Stampede Road, Earthsong Lodge is located above the tree line on the open tundra. There are sweeping views of the mountains and excellent chances for wildlife viewing. You have your own view of Mt. McKinley, just 4 miles down the road from our lodge.

Take advantage of a complementary canoe to float down to some of the finer restaurants in town in summer. Fairbanks International Hostel allows you to choose your best option from private or shared, a house or a treehouse. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy a queen or two twin beds. Linens are provided. If you would like to rent a bike, we do have them available with a bike lock for security. There are plenty of trails that are well-maintained around Fairbanks. The bus stop is one-half mile from the main office. The hostel is located across from Ballaine Lake, on the bus line (grey line) within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Fairbanks North Star Borough Bus system will transport you to the downtown area, University and even out to North Pole. While Fairbanks is small, it is spread out. We are located on the west side of town, near the University of Alaska where you can partake of many activities.

Named for Fannie Quigley, a famous Alaskan prospector, trapper, and cook, Fannie Q’s Saloon features locally-inspired dishes in a modern saloon setting. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Fannie Q’s Saloon offers indoor and outdoor seating and live entertainment. Menu offerings include authentic, home-grown dishes, such as Bison Sliders, Braised Pork Shoulder and a dish Fannie Quigley was known for – Bear-Lard Pie.

The Grande Denali Lobby features warm timbered log accents, stone fireplace, high vaulted ceilings and windows looking over Denali National Park. 160 spacious rooms offer two queen beds or one king bed, coffee maker, hair-dryer, refrigerator, wireless internet and flat screen television. Guests can upgrade to a view room based on availability. 6 Alaskan-style log cabins are also available. Guest laundry is available on site. On-site dining includes the award-winning Alpenglow Restaurant, Peak Spirits Lounge and Peak Espresso. The Sugarloaf Room can be reserved for small meetings and special catered events. Courtesy shuttle operates daily with service to shops, Denali National Park Visitors Center, Alaska Railroad Depot and the Denali Bluffs Hotel. Tours can be arranged at the tour desk. Most tours offer hotel pick up.

 

    

Located inside Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge, next to King Salmon Restaurant, Grizzly Burger features a selection of gourmet burgers served inside or out on the river view deck.

Holy Mary of Guadalupe Catholic Church is the local parish serving the communities of Healy, Ferry and Denali.

Year-round Mass: Sunday 10am in Healy at 530 Carbon Way.
Summer Mass: (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Sunday 8:00am near Denali National Park & Preserve at Holland America Denali Lodge. Location of this service isthe Gold Nugget dinner theater building. You can use the property shuttle and be dropped off for a short walk.
Because we are located within a Missionary Diocese (2500sqm) area, the priests are often traveling and presiding at multiple parishes which means that some Sundays there will be a communion service lead by a deaconinstead of a priest.

Reconciliation Sacrament of Confession can be scheduled by appointment with Fr. PAtrick Bergquist. Please call the rectory.

We are located at 530 Carbon Roadin Healy. From the George Parks Highway turn east onto Healy Spur Road, travel approm. 1/2 mile and make a left on School Road, just past the Tri_-Valley Community Center. bear right at the wye in the road. Training sled dogs is a year-round affair for four-time Iditarod champion Jeff King. He is is recognized as the “Winningest Musher in the World.” His victories include not only the 1,049 mile Iditarod Sled Dog Race in 1993, 1996, 1998, and 2006, but also over two dozen first place finishes in races all across Alaska. Each summer we share the world’s finest sled dogs and puppies with visitors world wide at our location in Denali Park, Alaska.
