What are you waiting for? This is no ordinary way to tour Denali and beyond! Your journey starts in the welcoming town of Healy, Alaska. From there, your adventure belongs to you. You can travel south on the George Parks Highway to the entrance of Denali National Park, Broad Pass and Talkeetna. Or, you can drive north to Alaska’s Golden Heart City of Fairbanks. Whichever direction you decide to travel, it will be a unique experience full of incredible scenery, stunning vistas and, more often than not, lots of Alaska wildlife.

Have the freedom for a “bucket list” dream vacation in Alaska. Keys to Denali, car rentals will meet you at the Denali Train Depot or bus stop, take you to their office in Healy for a good start to your Denali vacation. They provide a moving tour desk.  Upon Denali departure, they meet you back at the Keys to Denali office. They will take you to your departure spot.  They can tag your luggage for the AK Railroad bins for an easy departure.

There is a $50 transportation fee, UNLESS they book your train or bus tickets. If they book tickets for you, the transportation fee is waived. They are the only local rental car business stationed in Denali.

Rental cars start at $150.00 per day for sedans and 10% State Rental Tax on each vehicle.  Keys to Denali has mid-sized SUV’s ($180), large SUV’s ($220.00) or vans ($250).

First have Keys to Denali book railroad tickets throughout the state, flights and glacier tours, fjords trips, rafting, Husky Homestead, Fat Truck, zipline and more.  Coolers, bear spray, good binoculars, hiking poles, and backpacks are part of their complimentary service. They can provide information about fine Denali accommodation, as well.

Rental car drivers need to be 25 or older, rent with a credit card not a debit card,  have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.  All the cars are returned to Denali.
